Mr. Scott Hongo, II - President

Mr. James "Bob" Schmid - Vice President

  • BOE member since 2014.

  • 1965 Dolgeville Central School Graduate.

  • 1971 Graduate MVCC, Engineering Science.

  • 2009 retired CSX Railroad Supervisor.

  • Married 53 years to his wife Mary.

Mr. Rich Fahd

  • Elected to the Board of Education in 2024

  • 25+ years in Ophthalmology management/training

  • Married to wife (Erica) 24 years - two sons Brenden and Noah

Mr. Jonathan Fredericks

Mrs. Tiffany Rutkowski

  • Elected to the Board of Education in 2022.

  • Owner of Creative Designs by Tiffany in Dolgeville NY.

  • Former Councilwoman in Stratford NY.

  • Former substitute teacher & coach in Dolgeville and former Director of Operations for Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs Baseball.

  • Mrs. Rutkowski and her husband Ben reside in Stratford with their dog "Sage".

Mrs. Carolyn Williams

  • Worked for 8 years in Public Relations and Finance at Herkimer Memorial Hospital.

  • Worked 32 years as a Banker for Herkimer County Trust, NBT, and GPO.

  • Has her BS in Finance and Economics with a Minor in Human Resources.

  • Has two children: one employed by DCS as a teacher, one employed by Connected Community Schools at DCS.
