Community Dentistry Program 2023

Our Community Dentistry Program (CD) through Mosaic Health is excited to provide preventative dental services to your students again this year. Packets have been distributed to all Students Pre-K through 12. Please return the registration forms by September 29th.

Our program allows us to quickly establish an onsite dental clinic right at school. We offer dental screenings, cleanings, x-rays, 3-month fluoride treatments, intra oral photos and a virtual exam by a dentist. Each student who enrolls receives a free dental screening, toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, homecare instructions and a toy from our treasure box. If the student needs follow-up dental care and they do not already have a dentist; they can become a patient at Mosaic Health Utica Dental, CD’s home base. If the student has a dentist, we will forward the information to their dentist via a letter. Children that have a dental home, can still be seen by us and any completed services will be forwarded to their Dentist. If preventative service were provided within the last six months, we will go ahead and perform a complimentary dental screening.
