Modified Fall 2023 Sports Registration

Students must register on FormReLeaf to be eligible to participate in the following sports:

Cross Country - Modified (Grades 7-8)
Football - Modified (Grades 7-9)
Soccer - Boys’ Modified w/ LF (Grades 7-8)
Soccer - Girls’ Modified (Grades 7-8)

Reminder: All athletes will need to have a current physical to participate in extracurricular athletic activities.
